As part of your license purchase, we are pleased to offer free technical support for basic inquiries. This includes assistance with the core functionality of the software and general usage questions to help ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
However, it's important to note that this free support does not extend to advanced or experimental features. These features may require a deeper level of technical understanding or specialized knowledge, and, as such, they fall outside the scope of standard support.
Additionally, please be aware that our free support does not include the development or customization of new features. While we welcome suggestions for new features or alterations, these will be considered for future updates at our discretion and based on broader customer needs. There is no guarantee that suggested changes will be implemented, but your feedback is always valuable in helping us shape the product’s evolution.
